§ 15 of the German Foreign Transaction Tax Act refers to the person who is named to receive the assets of a foreign pool of assets (Vermögensmasse ausländischen Rechts) upon the termination of such pool of assets as "Anfallsberechtigter", which can, subject to the context, be translated as "final beneficiary" or "contingent remainder beneficiary".
